What You’ll Be Doing

- Comanage and grow a portfolio of Small to Medium customers, driving revenue, margin, and profitability
- Build strong relationships through regular calls, and emails
- Re-engage inactive accounts and identify new opportunities
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while optimising pricing strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
