We currently have 2 opportunities for an experienced Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to work with our client a Tier 1 Iron Ore Operator. Both roles are offered on an initial 3-month contract with an early October start.

Planner Fixed Plant Assets - Perth based

This role is responsible for developing safe, accurate and executable maintenance work packages for assigned fixed-plant assets. The position supports equipment reliability, availability and maintenance efficiency by applying effective work-management processes, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring labour, materials, services, tooling and technical requirements are ready before scheduled execution.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following experience:

- Supporting the planning of major maintenance events and shutdowns across mining (iron ore), rail and fixed-plant assets.
- Reliability Centred Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis and other reliability methodologies to improve maintenance tactics.
- Use of maintenance data and reporting tools to identify recurring failures, inefficient work practices and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Establishing effective working relationships with OEMs,



suppliers and contractors for technical and service support.

This role is Perth based with ad hoc visits to site as required.

Scheduler Weekly Maintenance - FIFO Perth on a 4:3 Roster

This role is responsible for developing accurate and achievable weekly maintenance schedules that optimise labour, materials, services and equipment utilisation.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following experience:

- Reviewing work orders before scheduling to confirm that scope, labour, materials, tooling, equipment, services and safety requirements are adequately defined.
- Scheduling work in SAP according to approved priorities and assign work to the appropriate weekly schedule revision.
- Coordinating the readiness and staging of materials, specialist services, tooling and equipment required for scheduled work.
- Monitoring schedule loading, compliance and completion, identifying risks that may affect successful execution.
- Supporting the prioritisation and coordination of break-in and opportunity maintenance where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency, productivity, schedule quality and asset reliability.
