We are seeking an experienced or trainee Automotive Plastic Repair Technician to join our team in New South Wales. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and restoring automotive plastic components (such as bumpers and headlights) back to pre-accident condition using specialized heating, plastic fuse welding, and file-finish techniques—strictly adhering to OEM procedures without the use of fillers.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Inspect plastic automotive damage to determine structural viability and repair requirements.
- Execute specialized plastic repair processes using OEM specifications and specialized in-house tools.
- Deliver high-quality finishes to bare plastic in preparation for the paint shop, ensuring zero filler usage.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and training through internal upskilling packages.
- Requirements: Robust mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and high-standard craftsmanship. Valid driver's licence required.
