We’re recruiting three Sales Associates for established, high-performing agencies across the Inner West. Each position offers the opportunity to work directly alongside a multi-million-dollar agent, gain exposure to the complete sales process and build a successful long-term career in residential sales.

The role

- Support a high-performing agent throughout the sales process
- Prospect for new business and generate appraisal opportunities
- Build relationships with prospective vendors and buyers
- Conduct buyer follow-up, open homes and private inspections
- Assist with appraisals, listing presentations and vendor management
- Coordinate property marketing and sales campaign activity
- Maintain and grow the agent’s database
- Deliver a high level of communication throughout each campaign
- Assist with sales administration through to exchange and settlement

About you

- Previous real estate experience is essential




- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Strong prospecting, communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Driven, proactive and committed to building a career in sales
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
