Summary?

We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join one of adtech's fastest growing startups with its own proprietary, world-first software solution.

Our AU team was recently nominated for Sales Team of the Year at both AdNews and Mumbrella, built on being super collaborative, detail-oriented, and relentlessly focused on client success (our eNPS sits at +72).

As Account Director, you'll own and grow our NSW client and agency portfolio, working closely with the wider Sales, Account Management, Operations and Product teams to help set the standard for how we deliver in market.

The ideal candidate has an extreme ownership mentality, juggles multiple campaigns for multiple VIP clients without missing a beat, and is the kind of person clients trust implicitly.

Company Introduction

Veridooh is the world’s leading provider of independent OOH verification and campaign automation solutions. We make OOH advertising a more trusted, efficient and attractive channel to invest in, bringing together all stakeholders in a single, easy to use platform.

Founded in 2019 by Mo Moubayed and Jeremy Yang, Veridooh now services over 250+ clients across Australia, Current Zealand, the US, the UK and the Netherlands.

At Veridooh, we’re passionate about building and fostering a supportive and high performance environment where every team member feels valued and supported to deliver great work every single day. This role will be based in Sydney, NSW.

You'll lead service delivery and account management across the NSW market, acting as the senior point of contact for our NSW client and agency portfolio and reporting to Jordan. You'll own onboarding, retention, and upsell for your book of clients — ensuring they're fully embedded in our platform and see Veridooh as a trusted long-term partner.

What you’ll do

Your day-to-day will involve:

- Client and User Onboarding: Work alongside our Sales Team to guide new users and clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and are comfortable with our technology solution. Conduct training sessions to help them get started.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across your NSW portfolio, acting as their primary point of contact — regularly checking in, gathering feedback, and advocating for their needs internally to drive continuous improvement.
- VIP Portfolio Management: Prioritise effectively across multiple concurrent campaigns for multiple VIP clients at once, staying on top of the detail for each so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Process & Service Delivery: Provide ongoing post-sales support, leveraging your understanding of our internal processes and technology to resolve issues quickly and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
- Product Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services by understanding clients' evolving needs and demonstrating how our new solutions can provide further value.

What you’ll bring

- Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional post-sales support independently.
- Extreme Ownership & Adaptability:

You take full accountability for your portfolio's outcomes, chase down the details, and don't wait to be asked twice. Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Prioritisation Under Load: Comfortable being across multiple campaigns for multiple VIP clients at the same time, with good judgement on what needs your attention first.
- Trusted Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of being the person clients go to because they know you'll follow through — building the kind of trust that keeps VIP accounts calm even under pressure.
- Operational & Technical Fluency: In-depth knowledge of internal processes, strong understanding of technology solutions, and experience with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Media Industry Exposure: Experience working with or in media agencies, Out-of-home is strongly preferred; audio experience is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
