Due to the growth of our business, we have an exciting new role joining our B2B team. We're seeking a motivated and dynamic person to join the team as an Account Manager servicing the Brisbane Southside region.

The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships across the residential building market. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver strong customer outcomes and drive sales performance.

Requirements

- Manage and grow existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
- Maintain specifications with builders, contractors and key customers
- Coordinate internal teams (procurement, operations, customer support) to deliver on project requirements
- Respond to client enquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Develop a solid understanding of customer needs and align product solutions accordingly
- Support client requirements with sample preparation and delivers as required
