WE’RE HIRING | ACCOUNTS OFFICER – FULL TIME | PERTH NOR

Boyle Civil Contracting is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team at our Pinjar office in Perth’s northern suburbs.

This is a full-time position within a busy, rapid-paced civil contracting business. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, confident working independently and comfortable managing a large volume of financial and operational information.

The role will include:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Payroll processing

• Bank and account reconciliations

• Project cost tracking

• Financial and management reporting

• General accounts and finance administration

About you:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Accounts role

• Xero experience – essential

• Strong Excel skills – essential

• Solid experience across AP, AR and payroll





• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

• Financial and management reporting experience preferred

• Civil construction or contracting experience preferred, but not essential

• Accounting or Finance qualification preferred; however, strong practical accounts experience will be equally considered

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their role, stay on top of the detail and work effectively within a busy operational environment.
