Role Description This is a part-time remote Accountant role at Fly Gabon Holding. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank and account statements. The role involves preparing periodic financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and monitoring cash flow.

The Accountant will support accounts payable and receivable activities, ensure accurate invoice processing, and track payments and collections. The role also includes ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies, assisting with audits, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide clear financial insights.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP tools,



as well as Microsoft Excel and related office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is an asset.
- Prior work experience in accounting or finance, preferably within aviation, transportation, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
