The Opportunity

As our next Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role across a broad range of accounting, taxation and advisory work. You'll enjoy genuine variety and autonomy, while working alongside experienced professionals who value initiative and fresh ideas.

You'll be involved in





- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs and individuals
- Preparing and reviewing BAS and IAS lodgements
- Assisting with FBT, payroll tax, STP finalisations and compliance requirements
- SMSF administration, compliance and entity formations
- Tax planning and distribution strategies
- Management reporting and business insights for clients
- Supporting clients with Xero and cloud accounting solutions
- Reviewing work completed by other team members
- Guiding junior accounting and administration staff when needed
- Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted adviser
- Working closely with the Directors on process improvements and AI initiatives.

About You We're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.

You'll ideally bring

- A degree in Accounting or a related discipline
- CA or CPA qualification (completed or in progress)
- At least 3 years' Australian public practice accounting experience
- Strong experience preparing financial statements and tax returns across multiple entity types
- Solid SME tax compliance and financial reporting knowledge
- A commercial mindset and practical, client-focused approach




- Confidence communicating with clients and colleagues
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support and mentor others
- Curiosity, initiative and enthusiasm for new technology and smarter ways of working
