About the Role
This is an end-to-end Compliance Reporting Manager position. You'll own your own portfolio from start to finish, there is no staff management and no direct reports. The "Manager" in the title reflects ownership of the compliance process, not people management. You'll be working with monthly client data that feeds directly into a financial forecasting platform (PlanGuru), giving clients real-time visibility into their numbers rather than reporting that's months out of date. You'll work closely with an established offshore team to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of compliance work across a portfolio of company, trust, and individual client files
- Liaising with an established offshore accounting and bookkeeping team
- Ensuring monthly data flows accurately into the firm's financial forecasting platform
- Maintaining the firm's 100% lodgement track record
- Building and maintaining direct client relationships
- Identifying and resolving bookkeeping issues as they arise
About You
- Proven experience in compliance/accounting, ideally within an Australian public practice environment
- Comfortable working autonomously and remotely, with solid self-management
- High attention to detail balanced with efficient turnaround
- Confident liaising directly with clients and with an offshore support team
- Experience with financial forecasting or reporting tools (e.g. PlanGuru) is an advantage but not essential
