Reporting to the Accounts Team Leader, the focus of this role is to support internal stakeholders while delivering the end-to-end accounts payable function accurately and efficiently.

Roster:

- Full time roster of 5 days on / 2 days off (Monday to Friday) based at our Milton office
- Flexible working arrangements, including up to 2 days per week working from home

Responsibilities

- Enter invoices accurately across AUD and foreign currencies for multiple companies.
- Process and upload payment files to the bank in line with internal requirements.
- Prepare bi-monthly payments and remittances.
- Maintain documentation for invoices, payments, and supplier reconciliations.
- Complete monthly reporting and reconciliations.

Qualifications

- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining industry.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use computerised accounting systems; Pronto or Redmap experience is desirable.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Foreign exchange experience.
- Experience working within a large company will be highly regarded.
