Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Advisor to join our Business Advisory – Asset Management team in Brisbane. This opportunity will suit a consultant who combines asset management expertise with strategic thinking, commercial insight and a strong client focus.

You will advise asset-intensive organisations on complex business challenges, using data, industry insight and structured problem-solving to shape strategies, inform investment decisions and improve long-term asset performance.

We are looking for a collaborative, client-facing professional who can build trusted relationships, influence senior stakeholders, lead high-quality advisory engagements and mentor others as our Asset Management practice continues to grow.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

- Providing strategic asset management advice across energy, mining, manufacturing and resources sectors.
- Using data, systems thinking and commercial insight to help clients make informed decisions about physical infrastructure.




- Building trusted client relationships and supporting business development through high-quality advisory engagement.
- Delivering clear, practical and commercially focused advice that supports strong client outcomes.
- Advising on asset management strategies, reliability improvement, data analysis, business processes and system reviews.
- Collaborating with project teams to shape client solutions, support pursuits and contribute to best-practice advisory outcomes.

What you will bring to the team:

- A degree in Engineering, Innovation, Business, Data Science or a related field.
- Consulting or asset management experience across mining, manufacturing or resources.
- Experience applying reliability engineering and maintenance strategies.
- Strong analytical and data skills.
- Knowledge of operational readiness, care and maintenance, or decarbonisation is desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Commercial acumen and a record of delivering robust client and project outcomes.
- A proactive, collaborative and professional approach.
- Proven business development, networking and client relationship skills.
- Working knowledge of ISO 55000 and relevant industry guidance, including IAM, GFMAM and IIMM.
