Our client is seeking a highly autonomous, practicle and outgoing tour guide to add to their team!

While preferred, experience in the tourism industry is not essential. The tour company runs day tours only, so there will be no nights away from your home.

They are currently running 1 tour per week, but looking to increase that over the next few months. If the candidate is willing to add more days to their schedule there is certainly an opportunity to do that!

Daily tasks may include the following:

- Bus driving
- Leading a hike (2 hour total)
- Hosting an Australian country experience - campfire, swimming.
- Providing educational information to guests

The following are MUST Have requirements:

- Live in (or intend to live in) Gold Coast, Logan or Scenic Rim region
- A love for the outstanding outdoors




- Great communication skills
- A keen interest in people
- A passion for facilitating wonderful group experiences

Successful candidates will have an advantage if they posses some or all of the following:

- Light Rigid Licence or greater
- 4WD driving experience
- A good driving record
- A Queensland Drivers Authority, or the ability to gain one
- Cooking and Camping Skills
- Good swimming skills
- A current First Aid qualification

Training and certificates can be provided for the right applicant. Pay: $35.00 per hour
