We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused Area OSHC Coordinator to support a portfolio of services, develop robust leaders, and help create thriving OSHC environments where children, families, and educators feel genuinely connected.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being out in services, working alongside teams, building capability and helping each location perform at its best.

What you’ll be doing As Area OSHC Coordinator, you’ll be the key support person for your group of services.

You’ll work closely with Service Coordinators and their teams to:

Coach, mentor and develop confident OSHC leader

- Support high-quality, engaging and child-led programs
- Drive strong service standards and continuous improvement
- Maintain a strong focus on safeguarding, compliance and the National Quality Framework




- Build positive relationships with school communities and families
- Support enrolment growth and engagement across services
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and team development
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Step in with practical operational support when required
- Recognise great work and celebrate the wins along the way

About you You’re a confident leader who understands that great services start with great people.

You’ll ideally have

- Experience within OSHC, childcare, education or a similar environment
- Leadership experience supporting teams or multiple services
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The confidence to coach, guide and hold people accountable
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- A positive, solutions-focused approach
- A genuine passion for creating great experiences for children
