They build low set homes and high rise apartments, which are mostly sold to investment customers. These customers require property management services.

About the role The Assistant Property Manager supports the Senior Property Managers by managing tenant-related tasks, including communication, inspections, entries and vacates, and maintenance. This role ensures smooth tenancy operations, compliance with regulations, and exceptional service to tenants and property owners.

Key responsibilities

- Execute Management Agreements
- Undertake handover of properties from builders and or legacy agent
- Prepare ingoing inspection and reports
- Schedule routine inspection
- List properties and schedule and undertake open homes
- Review prospective tenant applications and liaise with Owners
- Prepare lease documents




- Manage rent arrears in line with agency's policy
- Receive and process notices of repairs and maintenance on a same day or next day basis
- Issue notices when necessary to ensure residents adhere to their agreements

About you

- A minimum of 6 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager
- A current Real Estate Registration (essential)
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Strong administration skills
- Proven customer service expertise
- A solid service-focused approach
- High attention to detail and structured work habits
- Effective people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and mediation abilities
- A clear and effective communicator
