About the Role
Working closely with experienced Owners Corporation Managers, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to Owners Corporation Managers
- Maintaining and updating databases and CRM systems
- Managing incoming calls from owners, committee members, and stakeholders
- Day-to-day email correspondence and inbox management
- Updating owner, creditor, insurance, and public liability records
- Obtaining maintenance quotations and coordinating contractor works
- Preparing correspondence and documentation for owners and committees
- Assisting with Annual General Meetings when required
- Liaising with contractors, service providers, and stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current experience within the Owners Corporation/Strata industry (essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous administration experience within an office environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- Current driver's licence and vehicle preferred
