About the role As an NDIS Support Worker at Awareness Services, you will deliver person-centred care, support participants to achieve meaningful goals, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. You’ll benefit from our technology-driven resources and continuous compliance support to ensure safe, effective service delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Provide direct support to participants in line with NDIS plans and goals.




- Use the online goal-oriented journal and Awareness AI to document progress and plan interventions.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic resources and supports.
- Liaise with clinical and medical teams when needed.
- Maintain compliance with NDIS standards, with auditing support from Awareness Services.
- Engage with participants and families to promote independence, wellbeing, and goal attainment.
