True architecture leadership role || Cutting-Edge Cloud and Modernisation Focus Role: Senior Solution Architect || 6 Months Contract Location: Melbourne CBD

About the RoleClient is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture and solution design activities as part of a major Case Management System Reform Program. This role will be responsible for assessing the current technology landscape, identifying technical debt, defining future-state architecture, and providing technical leadership across a large-scale digital transformation initiative.

What you'll need to succeed

Key Responsibilities

- Assess current systems, technical debt, risks, and dependencies.
- Define target-state solution architecture and technology roadmaps.
- Produce conceptual, logical, physical, and integration architecture designs.
- Lead solution architecture for digital, cloud, integration, and platform modernisation initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and governance across the program.
- Ensure solutions meet business, security, privacy, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Manage architecture reviews, stakeholder engagement, vendor collaboration, and ARB approvals.




- Act as the technical authority for end-to-end solution delivery.

Required Experience

- Extensive Solution Architecture experience within complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation and legacy modernisation programs.
- Robust expertise in Azure Cloud, enterprise applications, and integration architecture.
- Experience designing end-to-end solutions across business and technology domains.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience with architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
