We’re looking for a confident Bar Team Leader to guide our colleagues and create memorable experiences across our vibrant venues. You’ll be hands-on, guest-focused and passionate about thoughtful service, great cocktails and the stories behind every pour.

What You’ll Do

- Lead bar service with warmth, confidence and a genuine sense of hospitality
- Support the Bar Manager with daily operations, opening and closing procedures and service coordination
- Motivate, coach and develop colleagues through hands-on guidance and positive leadership
- Maintain high standards across beverage quality, presentation, service and cleanliness
- Create memorable guest experiences through thoughtful recommendations and engaging conversations
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, spirits and other beverages to a consistently high standard
- Monitor stock levels, minimise wastage and support accurate beverage controls
- Respond to guest feedback and service challenges with calm, considered solutions
- Help create an energetic bar environment where colleagues feel supported and guests feel at home

Qualifications

What you’ll bring





- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior bar role
- Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage service
- A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
- A natural ability to coach, motivate and inspire colleagues
- A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Must already have ongoing working rights for Australia
