About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Ambarella Fine Foods' as a Barista . In this full-time position, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our thriving cafe located in the heart of Burleigh Waters, Queensland. With a strong focus on exceptional customer service and team leadership, this role is crucial to the continued success of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the work of cafe staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
2. Assisting with roster management, inventory control, and cost monitoring to optimise cafe operations
3. Providing excellent customer service and managing customer queries and feedback
4. Implementing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety
5. Participating in the development and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives
6. Supporting the Cafe Manager in strategic decision-making and business planning

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Must be a fast and professional barista.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide a team
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
5.



Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
