Our client is a well-recognised leader in the Technology sector, based in premium Barangaroo offices with stunning harbour views. They are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Barista to take ownership of their vibrant internal café, the social hub and heartbeat of the office. Your duties will include

- Welcoming and greeting people
- End-to-end coffee making (machine preparation, coffee and milk simultaneously)
- Adjusting and monitoring the coffee grind daily
- Cleaning café pre and post shift
- Ensuring equipment is clean, maintained and working effectively
- Taking inventory and ordering cafe supplies regularly
- Arranging catering for clients & staff
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls
- General 'housekeeping' of the kitchen





To be considered for this role you will have previous experience as a Barista along with a polite and engaging personality with a commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. This position is Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm. It is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of $60,000 + Super so you would accrue paid leave being 4 weeks paid annual leave, 10 days paid personal/sick leave and paid public holidays.
