About The Role:

Duties include:

- Conduct professional client consultations
- Deliver facials, body & spa packages following structured protocols
- Create a genuine connection to deliver the best & address concerns
- Document effective treatment plans & homecare
- Maintain endota service standards & values
- Full training in all endota facials, relaxation massage and spa packages
- Progress to advanced facials so you can specialise and customise

Recent graduates are welcome! Starting out or looking for progression? Our superb training can kick-start your endota career. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of beauty therapy experience is required for this position.

Skills & experience required:

- Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- Excellent customer service standards
- Exemplary work ethic and reliability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to nurture long term client relationships
- Australian work rights are required for this position
