They have a strong reputation for combining luxury and creativity, and are seeking a Bid Coordinator to support their business development team. This role focuses on supporting project proposals, managing client communications, and supporting seamless bid processes.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and contribute directly to securing exciting new projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate proposals and submissions for architecture projects
- Assist in maintaining CRM data including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Act as a central point for studio communications, ensuring timely responses and effective follow-ups
- Prepare fee structures, project programs, and supporting documentation for submissions
- Support contract and NDA reviews, liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisors

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in bids or business development coordination within architecture and design
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce polished, client-facing documents
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting,



with confidence in analysing and presenting data
- Understanding of contracts, commercial terms, or legal documentation is highly regarded
