About the role

We are seeking a reliable, friendly and motivated Bottleshop Attendant to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked store. The role involves serving customers, processing sales, replenishing stock and ensuring all liquor licensing and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements are followed.

Key responsibilities

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

- Operate the POS/register and process cash and card transactions accurately.

- Check customer identification and comply with RSA and liquor licensing requirements.

- Refuse service when required in accordance with RSA legislation and venue policies.

- Receive, unpack and replenish stock.

- Rotate stock and ensure products are correctly priced and displayed.

- Maintain presentation of fridges, shelves, displays and promotional areas.

- Keep the bottleshop,



cool room and storage areas clean and organised.

- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.

- Monitor stock levels and report low or unavailable products to management.

About you

- Current RSA certificate.

- Previous retail, bottleshop or hospitality experience preferred.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Reliable, punctual and well presented.

- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.

- Able to safely lift and move cartons and stock.

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

- Positive attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised workplace.
