Business Data AnalystRole DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that support business performance and decision-making. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data, identifying trends and performance gaps, preparing reports and dashboards, and developing recommendations based on quantitative findings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define relevant metrics, investigate business challenges, and support data-driven planning and process improvement.

The successful candidate will combine analytical thinking with strong business understanding to communicate complex information clearly and help stakeholders make informed decisions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.




- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of business analysis, data interpretation, and performance measurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data and identify meaningful patterns and insights.
- Robust attention to detail and a systematic approach to analyzing business problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and process improvement.
- Professional proficiency in English.
