New Business Development Manager

We are a well-established medium sized company within the commercial cleaning and property services sector. We have achieved significant growth over the last several years.

We are looking for a BDM to join our successful team in an autonomous & rewarding position. Based in our Brisbane office.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

- Talented sales professional with a passion for generating new leads and closing sales.
- Ability to tap into potential client opportunities to generate new business and grow relationships.
- Drive Sales functions of the business and implement, execute a sales strategy.
- A planned positive approach is taken in relation to obtaining prospects.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings and tender presentations.
- Positive relationships are maintained with clients before, during, and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend networking events, connect, and influence stakeholders,



maximize lead potential.
- Willing to make suggestions that lead to improved sales outcomes.
- Work closely with internally and externally stakeholders to gather information.
- Combination of cold calling on the phone and attending client meetings, networking events, LinkedIn

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc
