What You’ll Be Doing

New Business (Primary Focus)

- Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities
- Build a strong pipeline through networking, outreach, and referrals
- Lead tenders, proposals, and pricing submissions
- Present, pitch, and close deals confidently

Account Growth

- Manage and grow key client relationships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention

Market Awareness





- Stay across industry trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

- Proven B2B sales / business development experience
- Robust track record of winning new business and hitting targets
- Experience in security, facilities, or service-based industries (preferred)
