About the role

This unique role combines the responsibilities of a New Vehicle Sales Consultant and a Business Manager (Finance & Insurance), allowing you to manage the complete customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and finance settlement. You will build strong customer relationships, assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, present finance and insurance solutions, and ensure every transaction is completed professionally, ethically, and compliantly.

Key responsibilities

- Assist customers with selecting the right vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate sales within dealership guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed vehicle sales and profitability targets.
- Present finance, insurance, warranty and aftercare products.
- Structure finance packages to meet customer requirements.
- Liaise with financial institutions and insurance providers to obtain approvals.
- Explain finance contracts and related products clearly and professionally.
- Maximise finance and insurance penetration opportunities.

About you

- Previous experience in automotive sales.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.




- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Skilled presentation and a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Previous experience as a Business Manager or Finance & Insurance Manager (highly desirable).
- Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products (highly desirable).
- Understanding of consumer finance legislation and compliance requirements (highly desirable).
