Your New Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Contact Centre Sales Manager. Great salary, OTE 200k

This role is ideal for someone who is extremely confident, highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while managing our small team of 10 Customer Service Representatives. You’ll be responsible for supporting and guiding the Customer Service Team, overseeing performance, and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes aligned with our operational standards and growth goals.

You Will

- Drive consistent team performance against agreed KPIs
- Maintain accurate reporting and data integrity across systems
- Ensure team accountability and high standards
- Support the development, capability, and confidence of the Customer Service Team
- Ensuring high-quality customer interactions across all touch points
- Work closely with human resources to develop training programs
- Coach, mentor,



and motivate sales representatives to hit individual and team targets
- Be a reliable link between management and the Customer Service Team
- Ensure the call centre runs efficiently by reviewing workflows, handling staffing needs, and assisting with recruitment
- Assist develop sales policies, lead channels, and customer service standards

About You.

- 3+ years of sales leadership experience, strong data analysis skills, and expertise in CRM tools
- Formal qualifications in customer service, business, or leadership are well regarded but not essential
- Proven experience managing a customer service or call-based teams
- Demonstrated experience meeting performance targets and KPIs
- Demonstrated success coaching, inspiring and leading teams
- Strong understanding of lead qualification processes and conversion metrics
- Working knowledge of customer service performance frameworks and reporting
- Results-driven, with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities while staying focused and efficient
- Adaptable, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a solutions focussed mindset
