About the role

OnlineAutoParts.com.au is looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Expert in Car Spare Parts to join our team in our Virginia, QLD location. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and expert sales support to our clients across the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing

- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to clients via phone, email and in-person interactions
- Utilising your extensive product knowledge to identify the right car spare parts for customer needs
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery
- Building strong relationships with both current and existing customers
- Upselling complementary products to increase sales
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and orders
- Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve our customer experience
- Using our own bespoke In-house programs, Oscar AutoInfo, Salesforce, Peach Software.
- Opportunities for Catalogue building and other database inhouse program.

What we're looking for

- Minimum 4 years' experience in the Automotive Car Spare Parts industry
- Extensive knowledge of car spare parts, accessories and their applications
- A great knowledge of Car Parts Wholesalers and vehicle models
- Someone that knows their way around a keyboard and computer applications
- Clear pleasant phone manor and communication skills




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify customer needs
- Highly organized with attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and going the extra mile
