At Northstar Automotive Group we pride ourselves on our customer service, processes and team culture. This role will be for the sale of vehicle protection products to new and used car buyers. We work only with the most reputable brands, and represent BMW, Nissan and Hyundai locally.

You will be liaising with the sales team during your time at the dealership, managing the gross profit of the car care department, and providing excellent customer care at every chance. This role reports to the Sales Manager and your duties will include…

- Promoting the benefits and providing accurate advice of the Car Care products
- Responding to all Car Care enquiries
- Maximising sales to achieve set targets and KPI’s
- Maintaining an up-to-date sales log




- Operating cohesively with all departments throughout the Dealership - working closely with Sales and Detail
- Providing post-sale customer support

About you: We are looking for someone who…

- Has worked in Automotive Sales, General Sales or Hospitality
- Has a passion for sales and customer service
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Can work as part of a team
- Has a willingness to learn and achieve targets
- Is well presented, highly motivated and reliable

Benefits:

- 8:30am - 5:30pm 5 days a week, Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30
- Mid week RDO every second week
