About the role

This is primarily a sales role. Your main responsibility is to generate opportunities, follow up customers and sell caravans. You will be involved in the whole customer journey — from the first enquiry through to caravan shows, vehicle handover and ongoing customer support.

Key responsibilities

- Manage enquiries and actively follow up potential customers
- Sell caravans and work towards individual and branch sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the buying process
- Conduct caravan walk-throughs and product demonstrations
- Assist with customer handovers and delivery appointments
- Represent Fantasy Caravan at caravan shows and local events
- Follow up existing leads by phone, email and CRM
- Assist customers with general enquiries before and after purchase
- Work closely with the wider Fantasy Caravan team to keep the branch running effectively

About you

- Previous sales experience — automotive, caravan, RV, marine or similar experience is highly regarded




- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Confidence speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
- A proactive approach to following up leads and closing sales
- Good computer and CRM skills
- The ability to organise your own workload and follow through on commitments
- A willingness to help wherever needed to deliver a great customer experience
- A current Australian driver licence
- Strong sales ability, attitude and willingness to learn
