About The Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Care Operations, you'll provide administrative and compliance support across our Care Operations team. You'll coordinate documentation, maintain critical compliance records, prepare meeting documentation, support incident reporting processes and ensure important operational records remain accurate and up to date.
What You'll Do
As our Care Operations Administration Officer, you'll:
- Coordinate and process incident reports and ensure documentation is completed within required timeframes.
- Support statutory reporting requirements and monitor key compliance deadlines.
- Maintain and monitor compliance records and registers, including restrictive practices, Positive Behaviour Support Plans, guardian consents, QCAT orders, care plans and NDIS review schedules.
- Coordinate monthly reporting to the NDIS Commission.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and action registers.
- Maintain accurate electronic records across organisational systems including SharePoint and compliance trackers.
- Prepare operational documentation, resources and reports for Care Operations.
- Monitor documentation to ensure records remain current, complete and easily accessible.
- Work collaboratively with operational leaders to support quality, compliance and effective service delivery.
About You

- Enjoys supporting others and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Is comfortable working within deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Has strong Microsoft Office skills and is comfortable learning new systems.
Highly Regarded Experience in disability, child protection, community services or similar regulated industry will be highly regarded.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant qualification in administration, business, community services or similar (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum three years' experience in an administration or operational support role.
- Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Current LCS2 Child Protection Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
