We are a well established carpentry business based in the inner south eastern suburbs, seeking a 1st Year Apprentice Carpenter to join our team. Our work is focused on residential and domestic framing, giving you the chance to build a strong foundation in the trade from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with framing on residential builds
- Read and follow basic plans and set-outs under guidance
- Work well within a team setting
- Maintain tools, site cleanliness, and safe work practices
- Take direction well and show initiative on-site
Skills and experience
- Hardworking, reliable, and punctual
- Forward-thinking with a genuine willingness to learn
- Works well as part of a team
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- White Card
- Nail bag and basic hand tools
