Work & Training, along with our valued Host in Hobart, is calling on Out-of-Trade 2nd to 4th year Carpentry Apprentices who are looking for a new placement to complete their qualification ✅ HOBART
Half way through your trade and found yourself without a placement? Talk to Work & Training - we may be able to find you a new placement in order to become trade qualified.

About you:
- Currently a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Carpentry Apprentice.
- Out of trade and seeking a new host employer.
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and keen to build your career.
What you’ll be doing
- Assist with residential projects; framing and fitout
- Work on renovations and extensions.
- Operate power tools safely and follow all WHS procedures.
- Work alongside qualified tradespeople on active construction sites.
Essential
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car.
- White Card.
- Statement of Attainment of units completed of your Carpentry Qualification - (CPC30220)
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
