About the role
Through individual support, case planning, family focused interventions and mediation this role helps strengthen relationships, improve communication and promote positive outcomes. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, to navigate conflict, overcome barriers, the role helps young people develop greater stability, resilience and independence.
About you
You build trust easily, think creatively and enjoy working alongside people to find practical ways forward. With resilience and a solid understanding of complex family dynamics your key experience will include:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience in a similar role supporting people experiencing complex or challenging circumstances
- Demonstrated ability to
