About The Role Cancer Council NSW is currently looking to hire a Casual Retail Consultant for our Bondi Junction Westfield Store. In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Cancer Council NSW, specialising in all aspects of sun protection.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

- Ensuring the delivery of an outstanding customer experience
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our product range




- Achieving sales targets (with proceeds contributing to cancer research and support programs)

About You You will need:

- Exceptional customer service approach with outstanding communication skills
- Previous retail experience highly regarded but not essential, including working to a budget and KPI's
- Availability for minimum 3-5 shifts a week (average casual shift ranging 3 -8 hours)
- Flexibility to work on a casual contract including weekends and late night trading
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and autonomously
- Positive attitude with an empathetic nature

Training will be provided to successful candidates to induct them in the role and orientate them with CCNSW and our products. CCNSW is an inclusive place to volunteer and work.
