Dacha Bar & Grill Brighton East is seeking a professional, reliable and customer-focused Casual Wait Staff member to join our front-of-house team.

We are a eastern European influenced venue focusing on charcoal grill, Located in tranquil beautiful Dendy park offering quality food, beverages and exceptional customer service in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

We are seeking individuals with hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment to build our team as the warmer months soon approach us.

About the Role

As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant floor.

Key responsibilities include

- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Serving meals and drinks in a professional manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
- Processing customer payments
- Previous experience with order mate POS system is a bonus
- Willingness to learn and have a can do attitude under senior guidance

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Previous experience in a hospitality, restaurant or café workplace (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A skilled presentation and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Reliability and punctuality
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

Essential Requirements

- Current RSA Certificate
- Full Australian working rights
