An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services / Catering Assistant to join their Strategic Operations team and play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality and client service across the firm.

THE ROLE

Working as part of the Client Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of hospitality services, meeting room management, events support and day to day client service functions throughout the office. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating catering requirements and supporting the delivery of seminars, training sessions, client functions and firm events
- Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces and ensuring they are restored to a professional standard following use
- Monitoring meeting room bookings and liaising with stakeholders regarding room set up and catering requirements
- Providing exceptional service to clients, visitors and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining kitchens, food preparation areas,



breakout spaces and client facing areas to a high standard
- Managing stock levels of catering supplies, kitchen consumables and equipment
- Ordering catering and maintaining supplier records and invoices

ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will bring previous hospitality, corporate catering or client services experience, ideally gained within a professional services environment. You will also have:

- Previous experience within hospitality, catering, corporate client services or a similar role
- Experience working within a law firm or professional services environment will be highly regarded
- A Level 1 Food Handler Certificate
- RSA Certificate
- Barista experience will be highly regarded
- A skilled presentation and commitment to delivering outstanding client service
