About the role An experienced Centre Manager & Early Childhood Teacher role in a hands-on leadership position. You'll be teaching in the classroom while also overseeing the day-to-day running of the centre. This is a fantastic prospect for someone who wants to combine genuine educational impact with operational leadership in a supportive, family-oriented setting.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising and mentoring our team of educators
- Building trusted, lasting relationships with families
- Helping oversee the day-to-day running of the centre
- Delivering an engaging, developmentally appropriate educational program
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant regulations
- Managing rostering, enrolments and general centre operations
- Supporting each child's individual pace and development, Montessori-style

About you

- Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor of ECE or equivalent),



or relevant Diploma/Certificate III with strong leadership experience
- Previous experience in a centre management, room leader, or senior educator role
- Solid understanding of the NQF, EYLF and WHS requirements
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
- A warm, proactive approach and genuine passion for early childhood development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with children, families and staff
