Alepat Taylor is a leading Australian privately owned wholesale and manufacturing business who support and specialise in the distribution, bottling and canning of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

As a Cellar Hand/Blender you will play a crucial role in the production of wine and other beverages by assisting the Manufacturing Manager and team in cellar operations and blending processes. This hands-on position involves working closely with the production team to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage wine and all other beverage blends to achieve desired quality and flavour profiles.
- Prepare and manage all blends according to production specifications.
- Assist in all manufacturing operations, including fermentation, filtering and bottling.
- Conduct quality checks, including sensory evaluation and lab testing of blends.
- Record and maintain accurate production and blending data and logs
- Monitor and adjust blending ratios to achieve desired flavor profiles and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, such as pumps and filters.




- Perform routine cleaning and sanitisation of tanks, equipment and all manufacturing areas
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking raw materials and finished products.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

About You

- Previous experience in a cellar hand, blending, or winemaking role is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours during peak periods.
- Forklift certification is an advantage.
