Kew Spice on High is looking for an experienced and passionate Indian Chef to join our kitchen team in Kew.

We are looking for someone who has solid knowledge of Indian cuisine, takes pride in preparing high-quality food, and can work efficiently in a busy restaurant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste and presentation
- Prepare ingredients and manage kitchen preparation
- Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Monitor food stock and minimise food wastage
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team

About You
- Previous experience as an Indian Chef is required
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team




- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Reliable, punctual and professional
