About the role

Arno is a rapid-paced paninoteca and catering business with multiple positions available across stores. We are looking for energetic, reliable people to join our crew.

Multiple roles are open: Front of House, Sandwich Hands, and Dish Hands.

Key responsibilities

- Front of House — Greet customers, take orders, work the till and keep the front of the store running smoothly

- Sandwich Hands — Prep and build panini and deli items to spec, keep the line moving during the rush, and take pride in consistent, quality food

- Dish Hands — Keep the kitchen running behind the scenes — dishes, cleaning and general support so the rest of the team can focus on service

About you

- A positive, can-do attitude

- Reliability — you show up and you show up on time

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

- Previous hospitality experience helpful but not essential — we'll train the right people

- Availability across weekdays (day shifts)

- Great communication and a friendly attitude (for Front of House)
