Interim CFO | 2–3 Month Contract

$200m Revenue Business | Report to CEO & Directors | Short Notice Preferred

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take responsibility for the finance function of a circa $200m revenue organisation.

Leading a small finance team, this is a hands-on senior finance leadership role requiring someone who can quickly understand the business, maintain strong financial control and provide commercially focused advice to senior leadership.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include

- Lead and oversee the finance function and small finance team
- Partner closely with the CEO and Directors on financial and commercial matters
- Oversee month-end, management reporting and statutory financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
- Provide insightful analysis of business performance, trends and key financial drivers
- Maintain solid financial controls, governance and reporting disciplines
- Oversee working capital and cash management
- Review financial performance and identify risks and opportunities
- Provide commercial analysis and support key business decisions
- Ensure all taxation, statutory and compliance obligations are appropriately managed
- Manage relationships with external auditors,



banks and other key stakeholders
- Support and develop the existing finance team
- Assist with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required

About You You will be an experienced CFO with the ability to step into an organisation and add value quickly.

You will ideally bring

- Previous CFO or senior finance leadership experience within a sizeable organisation
- Strong financial control and commercial finance capability
- Experience leading and developing finance teams
- Excellent cash flow, forecasting and working capital management skills
- Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability
- Confidence presenting financial information and recommendations to CEOs, Directors and senior stakeholders
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
- CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent qualification
