As a Civil Designer, you'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to detailed design and project delivery. Working closely with senior designers, engineers and project managers, you'll contribute to a diverse portfolio of urban development and infrastructure projects throughout Western Australia.

- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including design standards, workflows and processes.
- Support and share knowledge with junior designers and cadets where appropriate.

Essential
- Approximately 4+ years' experience in civil design,



ideally within land development and civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong practical experience using 12d Model in a civil design environment.
- Experience delivering designs across roads, stormwater, earthworks and related civil infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Ability to contribute to design delivery from concept through to detailed design.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality outcomes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Highly Regarded
- Experience working within a consulting engineering environment.
- Knowledge of local authority requirements and industry design standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Interest in mentoring and supporting the development of emerging designers.
