Ramcorp Investments is a privately owned labour hire, civil construction and underground mining company based in Tasmania, servicing clients across Australia.

Due to continued project requirements, we are currently seeking reliable and experienced Civil Construction Labourers to join our team across projects in North West Tasmania.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit and takes pride in contributing to a safe and productive worksite.

Duties may include

- General civil construction and labouring duties
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Assisting plant operators and tradespeople
- Spotting machinery and vehicles
- Excavation and trenching assistance
- Concrete works and preparation
- Use of hand and power tools
- Loading and unloading materials
- Following site plans, instructions and safe work procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area

About You: To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in civil construction or a similar labouring role
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport




- Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic and a reliable attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening if required

Additional tickets such as Working at Heights, Confined Space or Plant Operating tickets will be highly regarded.
