You’ll be part of a design team delivering land development projects from concept through to documentation. Day-to-day, that means producing designs for residential lots, roads, and supporting infrastructure like water and sewer networks, while building your understanding of how projects come together.

You’ll work closely with a Senior Designer, contribute to project deliverables, and have the opportunity to support more junior team members as you develop. There’s a valuable balance of structured guidance and autonomy, so you can keep progressing without feeling out of your depth.

We’re open to candidates who are early in their career but serious about developing their skills in land development.

Must have:

- Around 1+ years’ experience in civil design, or close to completing a Civil Engineering degree
- Exposure to land development projects in Queensland
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and 12d

Nice to have:

- Experience preparing designs or documentation for authority submissions
- Confidence working with others across design and project teams

Most importantly, you’re someone who:
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right
- Asks questions and looks for ways to improve
- Works well with others and communicates clearly
