SOW - Bulk & detailed earthworks projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and supervise daily activities across site services teams
- Promote a solid safety culture and ensure compliance with procedures
- Schedule and allocate tasks, labour, and resources
- Liaise with site management and contractors to coordinate work
- Identify and report hazards, issues, and maintenance requirements
- Maintain accurate daily records and documentation
About you:
- Minimum 2 years Civil Construction supervisory experience
- S26 qualification - Essential
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of workers and contractors
- Demonstrated strong safety focus
- Technical knowledge of construction and civil processes
- Effective team leadership by displaying skillful communication,
technical expertise, promotion of key business values and ability to mentor and coach employees
