About the Role

As a Claims Executive, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of end-to-end claims, delivering prompt, fair, and high-quality outcomes for our clients.

- Engaging with customers and responding to claims enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Apply strong problem-solving skills whilst identifying and managing recovery opportunities.
- Provide timely follow-ups and updates in line with the General Insurance Code of Practice.

About You:

- Experience in a claims servicing role
- Understanding of Insurance legislation and Code of Practice
- Ability to connect with people and build trust
- 2+ years experience handling Commercial claims across general insurance lines, Motor and Property
- Sound computer skills, confident communication skills, a collaborative approach, and excellent attention to detail
- Career focused, responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Minimum Tier 2 qualification in General Insurance.
