About the Role
We're after a hands-on, detail-focused casual cleaner to help deliver a high standard of service across residential jobs. No cleaning experience required — if you've got a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and take pride in a job done well, we'll teach you the rest. This role suits someone after flexible, casual hours built around school pick-up/drop-off — work is scheduled around client bookings, so hours will vary week to week.
For the right person, there's genuine room to grow with us as we expand — more hours, more responsibility, and a bigger role in the business over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing, drying, and folding laundry
- Washing and putting away dishes
- General household tidying
- Cleaning tasks as required (bathrooms, kitchens, living areas)
- Leaving each home looking and feeling reset
What We're Looking For
- A outstanding attitude — reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Own reliable transport (essential)
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Willing to provide a National Police Check
- At least 2 contactable references
Hours & Pay Casual, flexible hours (approx. 1–2 jobs per day as bookings grow)
Pay in line with the Cleaning Services Award (casual rate)
